Acceptable Use Policy

In short

Use AIPhoto-Generator to make new images for creative, personal and business work. Don't use it for sexually explicit content or anything that sexualizes minors, to deceive people, to harm or harass real people, or to copy other people's work or brands. Review every image before you publish it, and label AI images where the platform or context requires it.

What you may not create

You may not use the service to create, request or share images that:

• involve minors in any sexual way. This includes anything that sexualizes children or people who look like children. We report apparent child sexual abuse material that we become aware of to the relevant authorities or reporting bodies, as the law requires.
• are sexually explicit or pornographic, including nudity created for sexual purposes.
• depict real, identifiable people in a misleading, sexual, defamatory or harmful way, such as fake compromising images, or realistic images that could make people believe someone did or said something they never did.
• are meant to deceive, such as fake documents, IDs or receipts, impersonation of a person or an organization, fake evidence, or misinformation about elections, public health or emergencies.
• promote violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against people based on protected characteristics, or show graphic gore.
• harass, threaten or bully anyone.
• infringe intellectual property, including copyrighted characters and artwork, trademarks, logos and brand packaging. See our Copyright and DMCA Policy to report infringement.
• violate someone's privacy.
• break any applicable law, or help someone else do so.

Using and publishing generated images

• Check images before you use them. AI output can contain errors, invented text and logo-like marks you didn't ask for.
• Don't present an AI image as a real photo of a real person, event or product result where that would mislead people.
• Follow the labeling rules of the platforms where you post AI-generated images, and any laws that require disclosure.
• Commercial use is subject to our Terms of Service and to the terms of the AI model provider.

Using the service fairly

You may not:

• use bots, scripts or other automated means to send requests;
• get around the free-image limit, rate limits or other safeguards, for example by rotating IP addresses or devices;
• get around the service's security measures, or interfere with its operation.

How we enforce this policy

We automatically refuse some prompts before they are sent, and our AI provider, Moda, applies its own content policy and may block a request. These checks can't catch everything, so you are responsible for what you ask for and how you use the results.

If we believe someone has broken this policy, we may, depending on the case:

• block the request, or ask our image provider to remove the image;
• limit or suspend access to the service;
• close an account. Its unused paid images are not refunded, except for billing errors or where the law requires otherwise;
• report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

If you see an image made with AIPhoto-Generator that breaks these rules, email hello@aiphoto-generator.com with the link and a short description. For copyright complaints, follow the steps in our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

We may update this policy as the service and the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
