Terms of Service

The service

AIPhoto-Generator lets you create images from text descriptions using third-party AI models. The service is provided free of charge, subject to daily limits that we may change at any time. We may pause, limit or discontinue all or part of the service, for example when demand is high or to prevent abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create, request or share content that:

• sexualizes minors in any way, or is sexually explicit;
• depicts real, identifiable people in a misleading, sexual, defamatory or harmful way;
• promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against protected groups;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property, trademarks or privacy;
• is intended to deceive, such as fake documents, impersonation or election misinformation;
• breaks any applicable law.

You also agree not to automate requests, circumvent limits or security measures, or interfere with the service. We may block requests or access that we believe breaks these rules.

Generated images

Images are generated by third-party AI models. Your rights to use generated images are subject to these terms and to the terms of the AI model provider, which may change. We do not claim ownership of the images you generate. Before using an image commercially, make sure your use complies with these terms, the provider's terms and applicable law. Copyright protection for AI-generated images varies by country and may not be available.

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected, and similar prompts may produce similar images for other people. You are responsible for reviewing images before you use or publish them.

Your prompts

You are responsible for the prompts you submit. Prompts are processed by our AI provider to create images. See the Privacy Policy for details.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that images will be available indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or of generated images.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
