Do I need to create an account?
No sign-up and no password. Buying a pack or plan creates a private account tied to this browser, and you get an access key to use your images on other devices.
What counts as one image?
Each generated image uses one. Creating four variations of a prompt uses four. If a generation fails, trying it again is free, and if the images never arrive they're returned to your balance within a day.
Are my free daily images used first?
Yes. Your 5 free images each day are always used before paid ones. Paid images only come into play once the free ones run out, or when you create more than one image per prompt.
Do paid images expire?
No. Images from a pack stay in your account until you use them, and images added by Pro roll over from month to month and stay yours if you cancel.
How do I cancel Pro?
Anytime, from your account under Billing & receipts. Pro stops renewing at the end of the period you've paid for, and every image already added stays in your account.
Who processes the payment?
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
I lost my access key. Can I get my images back?
Yes. Choose "Restore access" and enter the email you paid with plus the payment ID from your receipt. Your images move to this browser with a new access key.
Something went wrong with my purchase. What now?
Email us at hello@aiphoto-generator.com with the payment ID from your receipt and we'll sort it out.
